Esta sonda ser\u00e1 clave para captar la energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica del subsuelo que el edificio necesita, tanto para la calefacci\u00f3n del vaso de la piscina como para cubrir la demanda de agua caliente sanitaria (ACS). Adem\u00e1s, las perforaciones necesarias para la instalaci\u00f3n, como se observa en el proyecto de Canet d\u2019en Berenguer, son m\u00ednimas y no afectan significativamente el entorno.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>&#8211;<em>Reducci\u00f3n de Costos a Largo Plazo<\/em>: Aunque la instalaci\u00f3n inicial de los sistemas geot\u00e9rmicos puede suponer una inversi\u00f3n, a largo plazo estos sistemas reducen significativamente los costos operativos gracias a su bajo consumo de energ\u00eda y su bajo mantenimiento.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b>&#8211;<i>Fuente de Energ\u00eda Inagotable<\/i>: A diferencia de los combustibles f\u00f3siles, la energ\u00eda geot\u00e9rmica es pr\u00e1cticamente inagotable y est\u00e1 disponible de forma continua, independientemente de las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas externas. Esto asegura una fuente confiable de energ\u00eda para el municipio, sin interrupciones.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b>&#8211;<i>Independencia Energ\u00e9tica<\/i>: Canet d\u2019en Berenguer est\u00e1 dando un paso importante hacia la independencia energ\u00e9tica al eliminar la dependencia de fuentes de energ\u00eda no renovables.
